Pet Policy
Dogs and cats permitted.
Number per apartment: 3
Restrictions: 35 lbs. full grown maximum weight each; Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated;
Non-Refundable Fee: $250 for the first pet and $100 for subsequent pets. All fees due at move-in.
Rent: Dogs incur a $15/month rent fee.
